Lots of online recipes, but basically just roasted oats... Add some nuts for protein and maybe some coconut shavings for a little extra sweet.Lydianoreply@blogger.comtag:blogger.com,1999:blog-1553724422498154390.post-4066844992598734792010-08-24T20:27:10.592-05:002010-08-24T20:27:10.592-05:00YOU ROCK!!!!!!!!!!!!!!1

Beans are great for protein and fiber, and great on just about anything!

I love salads, but unless you have substance with your lettuce, you'll be hungry-and dressing is the downfall. Have veggies with your salad-cucumber, tomatoes, beans, mushrooms-anything with fiber and protein. Instead of salads I usually make a couscous salad= couscous, cherry tomatoes cut in half, another veggie, and black beans. Cook the couscous with a broth and add a little pepper-very filling. It has protein, fat and carbs-which is a good balance for keeping your energy going, hunger at bay and losing weight!! :D

Keep working hard!! :DLizahttps://www.blogger.com/profile/15469062079148751772noreply@blogger.comtag:blogger.com,1999:blog-1553724422498154390.post-79724755684010690432010-08-23T22:12:51.541-05:002010-08-23T22:12:51.541-05:00Oh Damn.
