Hopefully one day i'll be able to run one just to say I've done it.

All the best,

Tim
(Fat.Boy.Thin)

http://timmoyoungfatboythin.blogspot.comTimhttps://www.blogger.com/profile/04129574688566301274noreply@blogger.comtag:blogger.com,1999:blog-1553724422498154390.post-52891921933238088202011-08-12T12:50:37.002-05:002011-08-12T12:50:37.002-05:00This post makes me incredibly happy. I've been a type-1 diabetic for 20 years now (I'm currently 24 years old) and through most of my growing up I was a solid 127 lbs. Just this last year I've put on 100 pounds. This came with a bunch of others things that are probably related but hard to tell definitively. Most of those issues being the way I feel my high and low blood sugars. Anyway... one month ago I weighed at 220 lbs. My heart started hurting and thusly told myself I would start working out.

I jog for 30 minutes, do 3 sets of 12 reps of crunches, 3 sets of 12 reps of dumbells (concentrated, standard, kickbacks, and hammers), and 40 squats every other day... I couldn't feel happier and more alive than I do right now. And this is after I lost my job (I'm still inbetween jobs). I have so much hope and confidence in you.

Stick with it, please... I'll continue to read your blog and use your story as a motivation for myself. I can only hope you'll do the same!

~AdamFavonius Funkhttps://www.blogger.com/profile/11496748925475877011noreply@blogger.comtag:blogger.com,1999:blog-1553724422498154390.post-32225298668426662942011-08-09T08:11:58.203-05:002011-08-09T08:11:58.203-05:00So... this summer I haven't been able to shake...So... this summer I haven't been able to shake the 15-20 pounds I gained during the school year. I'm biking a few miles twice a day now and trying to eat a little less and a little more fruit and vegies and less junk.

Your weight loss at the outset of your mission was remarkable - keep at it!Anonymousnoreply@blogger.com
