I've got a confession.  I ate a good chunk of a box of tag-alongs today.  I couldn't stop myself.  The rest of the week needs to be better.


  1. Keep blogging my friend. Use it for motivation or to vent. Post your accomplishmrnts!! If you post all your accomplishments it'll motivate you to acomplish more. They dont even have to be physical or weight loss related.
