A Quick One

Tonight I went for a run.  It felt really good.  I just kind of feel like I'm shooting myself in the foot with the whole eating piece.  I know it's not as bad as it could be, but it could definitely be a hell of a lot better.  I'm going to work on that. 

Not much else to say.  It's late and I have to be up early.  I just thought I'd write something to remind myself I still have a goal.

  1. You do have a goal. And you can only reach it if you stay positive and realize that your are capable if you only try every day!!!

  2. Good work on keeping up with your goals. Do you find that exercising so late interrupts your sleep? (You said you ran "tonight" so that makes you my expert:)) I have sleep troubles, and I'm often worried that exercising after, say, 6pm, will give me sleep trouble.

    Of course that means I put a time limit on exercise, which I'm already trying to find time for all the time.

  3. As you already know - part of the process is working on all the pieces of this journey. Sometimes one is in the lead, but over time - they balance each other. The key is just to not give up!
