I was feeling run down and fat last night so I got up and went for a run.  I went four miles and got to explore a new part of Minneapolis.  I am a little sore this morning, but I came up with a great goal.  I'm going to run or walk 5k every day for a week.  I'm also going to log my calories during that time.  Let's see how it goes.


  1. just a thought.. you see to like to come up with these lofty goals and then not be able to stick to them. Why not commit to running a mile a day for a month? That's like 30 miles a month..and then maybe do 2 miles a weekday for the next month and keep it at that? I think it's better to have smaller achievable goals

  2. Its no doubt that Exercise is very beneficial for out health. I think we should take it in our daily habituate. I really impressed to your exercise.
